On this week's podcast episode we talk about emotional regulation. As a super feeler- I used to feel really ashamed of feeling deeply. I didn't always know how to respond to all of my big emotions. This is why I am really excited to have Dr. Meagan Gallagher, a Clinical Psychologist, talk to us about emotions!
Meagan works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing a range of difficulties related to mental health concerns, interpersonal and relationship problems, and adjustment to major life transitions. She also has specific interests and extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of Eating Disorders and body image concerns, Anxiety Disorders, trauma informed therapy, and adolescent mental health. She is passionate about Intuitive Eating, working from a HAES approach, and to breaking down the “wellness” obsession.
