First week and half of January done ✔ And what a start to the year..
With the rise in COVID cases and the lockdowns, I know many of my clients have been having a harder time. I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and taking care of yourselves.
Let's talk about getting back on track! It's no surprise January is diet cultures FAVOURITE month. Many diets will advertise challenges, detoxes and diets to "get back on track" and hit your 2022 goals **EYE ROLL**
Well, needless to say, I have a different perspective about it... and my perspective may actually surprise you!

Kellie offers a weight neutral, trauma informed and client centered approach to sessions. Kellie's focus when working with clients is first and foremost to develop a strong therapeutic alliance, which becomes the foundation for working together to overcome challenges and reach goals.
She is passionate about supporting others in reclaiming and nurturing their relationship to themselves and their bodies, while releasing limiting rules and beliefs.
